Delivery is free for orders of $100.00 or more and $15.00 for orders less than $100.00. It takes approximately 3-7 working days, though this can vary.
Whilst we will endeavour to deliver all products to you at once, there may be instances where your order will be split into multiple orders and delivered separately. This will often occur when items are sourced directly from our manufacturers in Europe and delivery delay is expected. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order.
All orders are delivered via registered courier / AusPost and will require a signature. If your address is unattended at the time of delivery your order, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. This information will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier / AusPost website.
Please note that during busy periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.
