What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
Whilst we endeavour to inspect all items prior to posting to ensure that it meets our strict quality standards, if you have purchased an item and you are not satisfied with it or the product is in any way damaged, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of items. Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 3 working days of receipt.
This includes any delivery charge charged on your order, but excludes
any charges incurred in returning the order to us. If a return is not
requested within 7 days, we will refund the purchase price but not any
delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by
you in returning the goods to us.
You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment.

How do I send an order back to you?
If you would like to return your order, please contact us and we can
provide a returns reference for you and our returns address.
Can I change my existing order?
If you would like to amend an order that you have placed with us, please contact us on 0448 820 102 team as soon as possible and we will do our best to process your request.
Please note that we may not be able to amend your order if it has already been picked in our warehouse but we will always check this for you and endeavour to help wherever we possibly can.
How will I be refunded and how long will it take to receive my refund?
Once a return has been received we aim to process your refund within 3 working days and once this has been processed, you will receive an email from us to confirm. The refund will be processed via the method of payment used on your order.
